LewFlow on your phone: notifications for every WhatsApp message

LewFlow on your phone: notifications for every WhatsApp message

Every business that handles customer service on WhatsApp knows this one: a customer messages you during lunch, after closing time, or right when nobody happens to be at the computer. The message just sits there. By the time someone notices, the customer may have already bought from someone else — or given up. An unanswered message is a lost sale — and without a notification on your phone, it slips away in silence.

That is exactly the gap today's update closes.

Install it from the "Add to phone" menu — no app store required

LewFlow now works as an app on your phone, on both Android and iPhone. Just open the "📲 Add to phone" menu item inside your dashboard. There is nothing to download from any store: the app installs straight from your browser and updates itself automatically, with zero effort on your end.

Once installed, your phone notifies you every time a customer sends a new message — even with the dashboard closed, even with the browser closed.

How message notifications work day to day

  • A message comes in, your phone buzzes. No more keeping the dashboard open on "watch duty" so you don't miss a customer.
  • No notification flood. If the same customer fires off five messages in a row, they roll up into a single alert, grouped by conversation.
  • One tap and you're inside the conversation. The notification opens that customer's chat directly — no digging around.
  • You see who sent it and a preview of the message before you even open it — enough to know whether it's urgent.
  • Each team member turns it on from their own phone. Activation is per device: whoever wants alerts gets them, whoever doesn't, doesn't. You can even mute the computer entirely and trust the phone in your pocket.

In practice, this changes the routine for anyone who sells and supports customers on WhatsApp: the store closes out the register, the clinic wraps up for the day, a rep steps out for lunch — and everyone still knows the moment a customer reaches out.

How to set it up (takes a minute)

On Android

Open the LewFlow dashboard on your phone and go to the same "Add to phone" menu item. Your browser will offer to install it: one tap and LewFlow lands on your home screen like any other app. Then just turn on notifications inside LewFlow.

On iPhone

On iPhone, the path runs through Safari: open the dashboard, tap the Share button, and choose "Add to Home Screen." Once that's done, open LewFlow from the new icon and turn on notifications. Heads up: on iPhone, notifications only work after this step — that's an Apple requirement, not our choice. Opening the dashboard in the browser alone, without adding it to your home screen, won't deliver alerts.

At your computer? Use the QR code

If you have the dashboard open on your computer, the same screen shows a QR code. Point your phone's camera at it and LewFlow opens on your phone instantly — no address to type.

Your team inbox stays organized — now you just find out right away

Nothing changes in what LewFlow already does: multiple team members on one WhatsApp number, queues and departments, accepting and transferring conversations, quick replies, and a complete history of every chat. What's new is that the information now comes to you, instead of waiting for you to check the dashboard.
