Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms govern the use of LewFlow, a WhatsApp customer-service platform operated by NATUVEL EMPREENDIMENTOS LTDA (CNPJ 28.323.425/0001-50). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service

LewFlow centralizes WhatsApp customer service in one panel with multiple agents, queues, chatbot, AI agent, quick replies, scheduling and history. The connection can be made via the official Meta API or by QR code (see item 4).

2. Registration and account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and for safeguarding your access credentials.
• Each company is responsible for the users it registers and for how they use the platform.
• Using the service for spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, illegal content or content that violates third-party rights is prohibited.

3. Use in line with WhatsApp's rules

Use must respect WhatsApp/Meta policies, including the 24-hour window and the use of approved templates where applicable. Bulk sending outside policy may reduce the number's quality or lead to blocks by Meta itself — which is beyond our control.

4. QR code connection (important)

The QR code connection is an unofficial method, cheaper and with no red tape, but one that goes against WhatsApp's terms of use and carries a risk of the number being blocked. By choosing this option, you declare that you are aware and fully assume that risk. We do our best to reduce it (per-number isolation, dedicated IP, limits and warm-up), but we do not guarantee the number will not be blocked and we are not liable for blocks, data loss or loss of access resulting from this method. For operation without this risk, use the official API.

5. Artificial intelligence

AI features (transcription, audio summary and service agent) assist the team but do not replace human judgment. The AI agent always offers a transfer to a human agent and does not decide on its own about refunds, cancellations or exceptions. The company is responsible for the replies sent in its name.

6. Plans, payment and free trial

• We offer a 5-day free trial; after it ends, use depends on an active subscription.
• The prices and limits of each plan are those shown on the site at the time of purchase.
• Costs charged directly by Meta (conversations/templates) and by third-party services are not included in the subscription, where applicable.
• No lock-in: you can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.

7. File storage and retention

• Message history (text) is kept while the account is active. Files (photos, audio, video and documents) are subject to the fair-use storage limit of your plan, shown on the site at the time of purchase.
• Going over the limit never stops you from receiving messages: we notify the account manager, who can free up space in Settings → Storage, or move to a larger plan.
• If we ever set a maximum age for stored files, we will announce it at least 30 days in advance and provide a way to export them first.
• After cancellation, data stays available for export for 90 days and is then deleted.
• Meta keeps media on its own servers for a limited time only, so files are downloaded and stored by LewFlow as soon as they arrive.

8. Availability

We work to keep the service online, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or due to external factors (Meta, providers, internet). The service is provided “as is”.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NATUVEL EMPREENDIMENTOS LTDA (CNPJ 28.323.425/0001-50) is not liable for lost profits, indirect damages, or for blocks/decisions by Meta or third parties. Any liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription in the 12 months prior to the event.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or WhatsApp's policies. Data handling after termination follows our Privacy Policy.
